Why is WA doing this?

Does anyone have any idea why WA are posting this on their exposure site page. Shouldn’t all international arrivals be in quarantine?

Possibly someone in the HQ where travelers from those flights were put up got the result of their test after leaving HQ and now they all win the Premier's prize of 2 more weeks in a hotel.

Any domestic flights with confirmed cases would be listed there as well. Just happen not to be any at the moment.

Can't imagine anyone from way back July 1 even taking this seriously. Likely they are dotted all around the country by now and not bothering with anything WA.
