That's interesting, because I've just got a message from the MyCard staff saying they know there's a problem and they're working to try and fix it.I can. It says I have 1 point (because I transferred everything to Singapore). I can also load the gift card redemption page.

"Please be advised that that we are aware of the issue and it is being investigated."
Not that I hold any trust whatsoever that NAB are actually telling the truth.
