Would appreciate advice.
i will have J fares on Air Canada, Turkish airline and SQ in next few wks. At present I have no status at any of the *A program. I also have UA and AirNZ membership. Which program is best to put the flights to to earn SC? Last time I credit the TK J flights to kris flyer and only got points but no SC.

Aegean Air is usually the one mentioned most often, crediting 20,000 miles to them will qualify you for *Gold... Asiana also gets mentioned as well...

So for achieving status Aegean might be your best best, not sure how good they are for redeeming miles...

Wow. Never thought of those ones. Am based in Perth so can't use Asiana (and stopped going Greece since economic crash) so not sure how good to redeem but *A gold will be handy. Will look into it.

You can credit the miles to them (Aegean or Asiana) then i imagine you can use them to book a ticket on any *A airline for probably a few more miles than what you would book a redemption on the actual airline...

Most airline have partner/alliance redemption charts, just not sure how good either of those two airline's FF programs burn rates are and whether they charge fuel fines...

Once you have the status required just redirect miles to whatever program you usually use...
