Where's My Itinerary??

I have international flights booked for November involving both VA and DL. I have the PNR for both the VA & DL bookings.

If I go to the DL web site and enter the DL PNR I can bring up my reservation. However, if I go to the VA site and attempt to use the "retrieve booking" function under "Manage" I get an error message to say "unable to locate itinerary".

Anyone know when the VA web site will support the retrieving of international itineraries?

VA currently use Amadeus. You'll need the Amadeus booking reference. Then you can employ utilities like www.chekmytrip.com.

Delta use Travelport GDS which includes Apollo, Galileo, and Worldspan.

Yes I know about those and I can certainly see my itinerary on those sites but you would have thought you could see your itinerary through the website of the airline you're booked on!

Fair enough - in the clearer light of mid-morning ISTR that this is a know problem with VA.

Maybe when they migrate to Sabre it will be better.

Until they have a single GDS, it's a mess (and a constant whinge of everyone!).

Thanks for the suggestion but it puts out the same error.

We have the same issue with a Virgin flight through Singapore Airlines. Apparently until they sort it out, they have closed access because in the past people were losing their reservations as the system would dump them!
