The thing putting me off Bali are the Australian tourists (present company excepted!) who go there. Was great in ‘73 but now? Obviously YMMV!

I am still waiting for some cheap tickets to Tassie but have also settled for Japan, Hong Kong and koh Samui (I think.....or maybe the Philippines) in late May/early June. Not the best time of year but it's all I've got at this point.
