when did VA reduce kids age from under 12 to under 11 ?

got a 4th July sale email or link from somewhere & while looking, noticed kids classed as 2-10 years, not 2-11 years. See screenshot below.

but just noticed the main VA website still shows 2-11 years. Must just be some careless typo.
