For me, it's largely dependent on how a particular airlines chooses to layout particular planes, and for this I do like the SQ 777-300ER.
However, one of the factors that makes a difference, not related to the layout is the takeoff acceleration. Usually, the bigger planes do nothing for me in that regard, a fully loaded 747 with a full tank of fuel slowly climbing into the air has no particular thrill to it, the A380's even less so as you barely notice you've taken off.
On the other hand, I was impressed last year with the thrust of the ERJ 70 seater that DJ operate - at least on the single time I flew on it, really got that pinned to the seat feeling (admittedly the pax load was only 21), and the rare opportunity to fly a lightly loaded 747 on a short sector (eg MEL-SYD or even MEL-AKL) is also quite impressive, particularly how quickly the bird climbs into the air.
