Folks, apologies if I'm late to the party (so to speak). I'm just about to start making some travel arrangements for 2021 for flights/hotels/hire cars. Any specific advice i.e. what to watch out for when making the bookings - I'll be travelling to Perth at the end of January with Qantas, staying at recognized hotel chains and intend using Hertz hire cars. What are their current positions policy wise should COVID-19 pop up again and create difficulties with schedules??

regards

Who knows with Mark McClown and his xenophobic mates in WA. He has stated numerous times that he will slam the border closed immediately if there are outbreaks elsewhere. Can’t have those dirty Easterners invading WA after all 🤪

You'll need to go and read each chains current policy - but keep in mind that many of the decent hotels in Perth are on quarantine duty.
