JohnK, I believe simongr's comment was probably based on the fact that he hasn't flown in economy for a while (perhaps it was tongue-in-cheek).

Very much so :p

I am in a very fortunate position at the moment on some levels. 95% of my travel is for business in J. Mrssimongr doesnt particularly like to fly so we have no need to fly anywhere at the moment. As such when we do we fly business using points or additional flights on a DONE4. At the moment it is a choice between Business/First and no flying. We currently opt for no flying ;)

DJ and any other regional airline. And please don't tell me they use leather as well. :(

I seem to remember that Rex had sheepskin covers.

Flew on a couple of BA flights recently and found the older planes leather was really hard and i could imagine sweaty, but the new perferated stuff was nice and soft, comfortable seats.

Thats for the Airbus 319's etc,

On the 744 to Singapore i was upgraded to World Traveller Plus and found it very comfortable (Slept 7 hours !), only think was i found it a little warm for my liking, i prefer a little cooler and a blanket if i am cold, but hey can't complain i had a great flight.

I often find this a problem on BA. They seem to like the cabin more toasty than other airlines.
