They do list. on the menu whether the seafood is Aussie ,import or a mixture. My dish was all imported. .

Followed by Crispy skin Salmon with pumpkin puree and Zucchini flower

Delicious.

Note, for in-house guests they have $100 dining for $80 when you charge to your room. You do need to ask sometimes though. Add 30% Explorer discount- good value.

AFF CBR Dinner - Caribou, Kingston.

Cauliflower Poppers, with Leroy Hot as Hell hot sauce with ranch dip. Super spicy loved it



Dessert - Beaver’s Tail. Fried dough with maple syrup, vanilla ice cream, berry compote.

Second time at Stavros Kawana this week. We shared the lamb ribs and Mrsdrron had the mussels but enough pictures of those. Realising that I would almost certainly have finish her mussels I went with another small plate the WA octopus. Beautiful and tender.

Me : Lamb ribs with peas and smoky yoghurt (entree) not a fan of peas but my dear Mum would be proud of me - ate them all!


Him: Lacquered Pork Belly on silver beet with granny smith apple puree - check out the crackle on top was (main)
