Forgot to get a snap of my arancini.

As the service in the restaurant was painfully slow last night, Front desk arranged with the Lounge to have a dessert platter and Bailey's for us at 7.45pm.


Lounge is back to self pour wine, think a few guests provided feedback since our last visit in February.
Quality and presentation of food seemed a tad better too.

Yesterday was Donna Chang on George Street:









Lamb ribs - dish of the day! I polished off half a dozen as there were some no shows.







I missed getting photo of the dessert as I was too busy eating then. People had left so I had to finish a couple of extras as they were already purchased. Would be sad to see them wasted

Wednesday was Malt Dining in CBD. A new venue for me. They have a cellar and an upstairs private room, which is where we headed:













Again, service for dessert was after half the room had gone. The presenter and his team were going straight to the Gold Coast so they told me to take what I could, with their blessing:



A couple of other businesses in my strip of shops and my kids enjoyed them
