Tonight a new restaurant for us. Piggyback at Palmwoods. In the same group as Rice Boi at the Mooloolaba Wharf which is very popular. Asian Fusion. I was with 5 nurses who did their training at RPAH some years ago.
The menu.






Braised beef. Photos only when remembered and the food had reached me.


Pork belly.


Calamari with Tom yum paste. Great taste.


Chicken curry.

And eggplant chips. The best dish of the night.


Many of the dishes are spicy but mostly mild but served with extra chilli. Really beautiful combination of flavours and we will definitely be going back.
