What do you use the amenities zipper bags for after a flight?

I love the little amenities bags you get in PE, Business or First. If I have not used the items, I keep them for guests staying over at our house. I also use the little bags for jewellery or make up when I travel, plus another one for medications for the trip. I've also used them for pencil cases, and to store all my bits and bobs of IT things - phone charger, USB drives, USB hubs, mini travel mouse etc. Mr Seat 0A uses them for stray currency notes and coins so they stay neat in the suitcase. How do you re-purpose the amenities bags?

Love them too and use them to store even more toiletries, earphones, cables, chargers, contact lens case/solution and so on.

EDIT: There are some comments buried in this thread too on creative usage:

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I use them at work to put the daily takings and balance sheets into and throw them into the safe untill I am going to the bank.

Another one has the GPS and cable in stored in the glove box of my car.

When travelling I use one for medication and another one for cables, chargers etc.

I have another one in my golf bag with sunscreen and other odd bits

Travel makeup, travel everything really. Chargers, makeup, mini-toiletries on short trips (I decant shampoo etc into travel bottles), pencil cases for work.

Also considering using them in my storage cupboard to round up random bits and bobs like screws, allen keys.

I do not really use them, MrsM and MissM normally claim the ones that they like, I have given away 60-70 on AFF, others go to charity or other at work. I was looking through the hoard and was surprised that I only have a handful lying around however I think I gave a few to @Buzzard for his wine tour earlier this year but not sure.

The only ones we tend to keep are the ones that resemble miniature luggage, MrsM claims the ones she likes the colour of and when younger MissM had claimed others as luggage for her dolls, apparently it 'was not fair' that everyone had their own luggage and they did not. The the 2 dark green mini Rimowa's were traded from a colleague for 2 back mini Brics (QR). Both of us liked the idea of mini luggage to match full size luggage.

My wife and I donate them to charity. We found a charity that gives them to the homeless. We also give dental amenity kits given to us from the dentist to charity.

I have 3 or 4 still unopened here at home, including a couple of mini Rimowa ones

the soft sided ones I've opened I use for cables, chargers and another one holds medications etc

need to start travelling again to get some more :)

We collect them along with all the toiletries from the hotels and then we give them to a charity through the girl's school that makes up little packs for Abused Women's shelters. The little pampering that is in them makes those poor women feel good about themselves for a little, even if it is just enough for a day or two.

since im not a regular premium flyer, every time I fly, these kits look very cool and memorable,
that it feels a waste to use even the contents, so I keep them

I then look back a few months-years later, and think, ok, what am I going to do with them,
different story if they were a collectable and gained in value :D

but I have heard of people who collect (or try) one from every airline,

Now THIS is a topic after my own heart along with best hotel room momentos! As I have loved travel since my first O/S age 2 ( I’m now 60) anything collected that reminds me of the glorious freedom of travel and flying has a place in my home. I use the cases at home and aboard/ great for phone chargers at home, my portable Covid kit on the sideboard always ready for when I go out (mask, gloves, little sanitiser) - I’m in the state of disaster.
For travel - I compartmentalise in each - medication storage, stationary, laundry w portable clothesline,adaptors/chargers.
Don’t get me started on all the brilliant items I’ve ‘collected’ from hotels over the years. 😂😂
