I once had a delivery from NZ (think is was through maybe Toll) - had to dig around to find the actual consignment number. But did eventually find tracking info. Came home to find a card in mailbox - we missed you etc. Out to the depot - out comes the parcel with large printing - couldn't find address - What the heck? How could you leave a card then?

To be fair a supervisor called me (and reached out via app) first thing next day, admitted issue with a flag on their end fixedaand gave me 1k QFF points for trouble. All working OK now.

Moot point anyway, WCMO is apps that will only let you install if your account is registered in a particular country.

I had aussie post the other day send an email saying unable to delivery because "no one in attendance"

I logged a complaint, advising that I checked hours of camera footage and there was zero attempt to make a delivery and our office doors were open and they need to investigate for fraudulent payments to drivers in this case.

Within an hour of my complaint my item was back out for delivery and it came that day. Person just tossed it at the door so why couldnt they have done that in the first place?

We have 4 buildings of 4 apartments each where we rent in Brisbane.

It's amazing the number of times delivery is left on the front door steps of our apartment building as we are at the front of the complex. Obviously no attempt to match the unit number of the delivery to the actual building. I guess it doesn't help that's its a secure building.

I also see food deliveries laying around with what appears to be no attempt to ring the bell. There was one there from Nandos for at least 30 minutes until the person came out looking for delivery.
