What cheeses me off

The braniacs at Coles who think packing two x 3L Milk bottles into one of this little paper bags for home delivery will be fit for purpose, when the delivery driver has not got a fridge and does three homes before you in 30deg heat!
I wonder if the Sunny Coast council will let me keep a cow in the backyard, I am sure they’re busy planning for the incoming 5 ring circus?

Arrived back from Brisbane. Lovely fine and warm day down here on the East coast of Tas. Check the BOM app to see what the forecast is for a couple of days and I see quite warm and sunny going forward.

So I start watering the garden.

Check it again a few hours later and I realise I’ve still got the BOM app set for Brisbane. The local forecast is for rain on and off for the next few days. 😡

Watering stopped.

Mrsdrron and I had our pedicures in Bangkok today. In the chair next to me was an early teen Italian girl with her pre teen sister on the other side. The teen was a real wuss. Would call her mother over and complain it was hurting. First time just having her nails cut. Mummy came rushing over and told the girl to use a smaller clipper. Kept happening. No problem with her younger sister. Mum stayed with the teen giving the staff continuous advice.

Fortunately they were finished before me. Left a 20 baht tip to be shared between the two. So 0.25 euro each. When I had finished I went over to apologise for the abuse they got and what a good job they did. At least it made them smile again .
