I had flights from Vancouver to Tokyo with Westjet.
Just got an email saying they made a change and I needed to choose from 3 flights.
I chose the direct route which is now with Japan Airlines rather than Westjet.
Issue is I had seats selected which are now gone and I can't select new ones.
Any ideas how to do this? I have tried looking up my booking on the JAL website but get an error saying it can't be found. Westjet website says I can't get seats until check-in.
As I'm traveling with 2 kids I need to select seats.
Hoping to do this online rather than having to call - but do I call Westjet or JAL?
