I thing the mid term outlook is for very high occupancies for the next couple of years barring a disaster.. Including nightly rate increases. The koolaid has been poured!

Finite 5* properties in city too..

Apart from the new hotel being built at Barangaroo, there is no other new hotels being built in Sydney afaik so supply will remain very restricted in the short term...
