Watching the sunset from QF int J QP at SYD airport possible?

Or it is only more of a wow factor from the F QF QP?
MH now part of OW, departs SYD about 21:30 or so, so I was thinking, maybe one day, down the track, when the time is right to go *back* to KUL, via SYD this time, I might spend the evening waiting to board the flight, watching the skyline get darker. I have seen the BNE int QP J sunrise.
OR is the MH J lounge better for wasting some time on an evening, waiting for a flight departure?
QF flights leaves SYD for CHC at 18.45 or so, so it might be a bit too late, as would have to be at the gate by say, 18.15 for an 18.45 departure.
Mmmmm, all this trying to be a PS SC holder, is getting to my head. Sorry about making this place giddy!
Actually, where is WEST in relation to the int lounges at SYD airport.
Anyone know, is it the NZ lounge side, or the QF side?

The SYD T1 International Qantas lounges basically face South East, although the First lounge varies from North east to south with the curve.

So on a clear day at sunset you may see the CBD glowing with the last rays of dusk. No direct sunlight into the lounge.

Of course, sunrises are different ...

I think you mean that the lounges face north east.
