Waitlisting then Confirming Krisflyer Seats

[Quickstatus]

I waitlisted a Krisflyer seat, then immediately got an email to confirm the seat by certain date
I go into Krisflyer account and the waitlisted booking is ready to be confirmed.
However I cant confirm it

what is the process?



I can't select the confirm flight
and I can't proceed to any paqe to make a payment

flight is for a 17 year old

I had to call them last night as I was booking a redemption nominee with a very long last name and the on line service could not handle it. The call centre was wonderful so it was all done last night.

The last time I bought a ticket was about a decade ago when our son went to Belgrade for a water polo training camp. What that means is we too have no status but we have plenty of Kris Miles.
My youngest son wants to visit his brother in Madrid so he has used Qantas points to get there on Qatar and may use some Kris Miles to get home from London.
The call centre is very helpful despite the thread that says they are terrible. The word wonderful comes to my mind when I am thinking Kris Flyer call centre.
