I received this mailer last week from Virgin Wines (somewhat out of the blue given I do very little business aside from the FF account I have with them):
As a single graduate student, the prospect of picking up 14 bottles of wine seemed a bit excessive. However, I justified it by saying I'll stick to consuming one bottle per week. In addition, if I value one virgin point at one cent (which may be a bit generous), I'm in effect only really paying $69 for 14 bottles of wine + wine glasses which seemed like a terrific offer (and I don't drink wine or booze for that matter that often). Ordered it late last week and the wines were delivered contactless on Monday afternoon. I'm unsure if I'll stick with the subscription unless of course TPIR.
