In online banking, rewards, rewards history page, what does the Status column say on your allocated base and bonus points?
Mine showing blank, which could mean not transferred yet?

From my understanding, the reward page only applies to bank rewards. If you have Velocity or Qantas (with Citi) they won’t show. I always go by the statement.

The delay maybe due to VM updating the online portal, received an email about it. Could be the switch over from Citi to NAB systems.

my rewards history is showing the velocity points actually.
40,000 bonus points and another 4000 base points from the statement spending.
but the status column for both showing blank.

How long did it take for people to receive their cards? I applied and was approved 25-26 Sept. Still waiting for my card as of today (9 Oct) in Perth.

Approved 24th and received Monday 6th. Also in Perth.

Came through today, I messaged VM again and they said allow 15 business days for it to be processed. Took 11-12 business days, taking public holiday(s) into consideration.

After you messaged them, did they reply on the same day?
Messaged them this morning but haven't received any reply yet.
