Unlikely to happen. The economics of long haul non-stop flights really aren't there at the moment. Especially not LHR-PER...

I think it will happen but not for a few years. There is a little problem with a 2 year delay on Boeings 787 program.

Last year the market was probably there but the cost of oil would have made in unviable. Now the cost of oil has come down but there probably no market.
