Yesterday, Virgin Blue cancelled and delayed flights with no "excuses" given. Why? To wake up at 3am to catch a 6am flight only to have it cancelled on you, is not something to look forward to. As a caffeine-deprived passenger, I demand an explanation and compensation for the inconvenience. Having scoured the local news section today, I am so disappointed to know that VB issued absolutely no press releases for these actions. Absolutely unacceptable.
