My apologies for delay to my original post. I've had an even worse experience with Virgin Blue Customer Care. They have failed to return calls and insist on only providing a $50 reimbursement.

Very frustrating!

If this is the way that DJ want to treat premium pax, then I am not surprised that they are failing to win the premium pax off QF.

Again, I think that DJ should have a proper premium product (A-la Virgin America) and stop playing around with a coughpy PE product.

hi one and all,as a newbie to this,I read this thread with interest,as Im off on a MEL to OOL flight soon,on a Saturday at noon,in economy,and am wondering,do DJ offer upgrades on the day(thats if the craft is fitted with PE!)to a blue saver fare ticket holder?
