Although I must admit I am only seeing a discount on Business fares and I've tried various valid dates.

It shows "Special fare" next to Choice (and oddly Lite fares also), but it's not actually discounting them - if you search without the promo code the price is identical to the "Special fare" other than Business, which is definitely discounted.

I thought I'd point this out some may think they are getting a better deal on Choice (or Lite) with the discount tag, but probably aren't.

Was going to use ZXW75 on a few business class flights domestically. I see that the status credits don't show on the website against the special fare. Is there some reduction or worse when using this promo code? The biz fares are cheaper than using VUZ11

You'll still get the status (I certainly did).
VA has not once removed status credits when using a discount code
PS, VUZ11 is no longer valid (doesn't provide a discount).
The 2 current codes are ZXW75 and FWR30 and both appear to only be providing discounts on Business fares now, with FWR30 offering a greater discount of 10% as opposed to 7%.
It may state 'special fare' against Economy, but if you compare without these codes you will probably notice it's just the regular price.

It's generally 7% off the base fare, excluding taxes. So that sounds about right.

But the 10% is ineligible if you use codes not listed on Cahshrewards, so the codes above giving you 7% discount are ineligible to double dip, this cashrewards 10% gives an extra / on top a 3% discount, in which you'll have to wait upto 95 days from completion of flight for the cashback.

well done! strangely just booked Perth Darwin on 22nd July. First did it bare. lowest fare was $444. Then entered ZXW75 and it went up $40!!!! wtf. said special fare.I've used promos before so no amateur. However always book choice. like inc seat luggage etc.

Would go business if I could but no direct Perth-Darwin flights. Getting sick of this but hate Q more.at least get premium economy seat free til next Feb as platinum. No chance of using my 4 Biz upgrades though.
