Perhaps a reply with the suggestion made in another thread? Namely ‘this sounds like an AI generated response, can a human agent please review and add their thoughts’

Slightly off topic (mods please move if so) but I emailed the Platinum (just regular for me) helpdesk about whether or not the E2's have WiFi as I am flying on one this weekend. Just got a reply (complete with the question marks between Wi and Fi):Perhaps a reply with the suggestion made in another thread? I mentioned that I have a flight on Virgin Australia Regional's Embraer E190-E2 aircraft on Saturday. What else do they want?Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the availability of Wi?Fi on Embraer aircraft.
We understand how important onboard connectivity is, whether for productivity, communication, or entertainment during your journey. Staying connected can greatly enhance the travel experience.
While we would love to assist further, Wi?Fi availability can vary depending on the specific aircraft and configuration. We recommend contacting Embraer or your airline directly to confirm whether Wi?Fi is available on your particular flight.
We appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please visit velocityfrequentflyer.com or call the Membership Contact Centre on the number below.
I do understand that Virgin and Velocity are technically separate, but you would think they could at least direct me in the right direction if they don't know but instead it is airy AI waffle.Wow Virgin’s (very bad) use of AI is getting out of control
To provide a human answer, they do not have WiFi. There is currently no entertainment either. Installation is planned sometime this year.Slightly off topic (mods please move if so) but I emailed the Platinum (just regular for me) helpdesk about whether or not the E2's have WiFi as I am flying on one this weekend.
