It could be the black pepper chicken if it's not the teriyaki according to the winter menu, and yes that is the cheese tortellini with the optional chicken on top

BNE-SYD breakfast: French toast. I did get an apology that my plate only contained two rather than 3 pieces

MEL - HBA dinner service
Options were both cold - soba noodle salad or a roast veg salad. I opted for the soba noodle with added chicken. The serve was large and tasty enough. Cheese and crackers served on the side

My young daughter was given some crisps, pretzels, crackers and cheese etc or the crew offered to heat her some spag bol, which was very kind. CM Scott was fantastic.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I wouldn’t say inedible, but it wasn’t very palatable and it was quite tepid.

LOL same as QF; in fact QF considers it a short sector. Not sure what VA regards it as (short or medium).

ADL-BNE which is 2:55 usually has a slice of cake thing and either yougurt or some fruit ball things.

Not sure for QF but ime only interstate flights to the NT & WA are “long.” All short morning flights I’ve taken get bread, jam and yougurt. After around 0830 bread becomes a pastry and you get a muesli bar. Then back to bread and chocolate for the afternoon and then packaged desert later over dinner.

Qf catering works on time frames through the day. Va operates on a one size fits all, the less touch from catering the less cost.

2F, so last choice and a pasta was available with or without chicken on top. I chose without and it was very very nice. Pasta, feta, beetroot and some dry herb on top which really made it.
