Riesling 2015 – Black Friday Deal #46399 Anyone know?

Patrick of Coonawarra

Curly Flat email dropped but couldn’t get it to show on sale page until after it was sold out. Annoyingly, it then reverted to ‘add to cart, despite still being sold out.

Email will always lag behind the deal going live (unless it's a pre warning email). These are all click bait, unless you're constantly refreshing on the website literally all day long, you won't get a thing. Even then, you may miss out.

I was doing both, but even refreshing didn’t bring up the Curly, only appeared eventually as ‘sold out’. Maybe just me, but never seemed to have a chance on this one.

Then you probably weren't refreshing often enough. :) Not sure how many of these were made available but it probably wasn't much. Your odds of getting any of these click bait deals is very close to nil.

I've tried to like Mount Mary. I love the story of Dr John Middleton and particularly loved his spat with Robert Parker. It's a polarising wine and the few vintages I've tried just haven't done it for me. I'm up for a discount bottle to try again though on the off change I can score one on VM.

Just picked up the 2000 Mount Mary quintet for $62 as well, a little higher price point than some of the other deals in this and last sale, but stilla bargain!
