It's been a while but #38160 is still for sale, my bet is that it's the 2016 Circe Gippsland Pinot Noir. Mostly because they've been selling a lot of Circe recently and the price matches. There is very little information available about this wine, so I might be wrong. I bought a dozen with the eBay 22% off to find out.

2014 Granite Hills, The Gordon is back as Cabernet Blend 2014 – Black Market Deal #37782 with the eBay 22% off. I was out of room for wine at the start of the day, now where the hell am I going to put another two cases?!?!
Can confirm it is the Circe, very good drinking at the VM price for mine.

At $13.80nett via ebay delivered, it was enough for me to just go 15days short of the 6 month wine buying embargo but I have been staring at this one for 3 weeks before your positive comments. Lightfoot and Sons in Gippsland and the Bellvale are both about $26, both stunning, so I would expect this to be better based on the RRP, however, if it's similar, I will be immensely very happy.
I worked yesterday for under a couple of hours work, not bad for a case.

Wow, weird that they aren't quoting any reviews (JH94 is one) - I guess they really want to protect the identity of this one, but it's unusual for VM.

Edit: sorry, it's the Circe Mornington pinot, not the Gippsland one, that has the JH review.

I just went back to the Ebay site and noticed that I had bought last year their 6 pack of cabernets. Still for sale I see for $129. Incidentally, on Saturday night just passed eight of us had thai and i happened to bring as the second bot( The first a tokar estate 2019 pinot, 7.25 /10) a 2017 cabernet from Orange which was the Briar Ridge Currawong. Can't say I have had many from there but it was a stunning, full flavoured wine with a bit of that funky flavour. Good oak, seamless flavour and that funkyness which could be the 1-3% petit verdot they sometimes add. But it was incredibly moorish and a stunner to be honest so I have just blown $102.72 on these 6...its normal retail is mid fiftees and thats probably a bit overs but not at the 20%disc on ebay and free deliv. $17 for this great.

And that will be in probably for 3 months.

What's the link on eBay? Full wine name? Keen to look it up.

Gippsland could end up being one of Australia’s great Pinot regions.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this one. Worst case you can have two and send the rest back.

Any thoughts on the Barolos on offer?

There's alot been offered at the moment, I'm interested in the Pinot, Longbottom Magnus Shiraz etc
There are a few options at different price points right now. I got this one: Vite Colte Essenze Barolo DOCG 2016

Can’t comment on how it compares to the others, but I like Barolo, happy with the reviews and with the EBay discount, decided to splurge knowing it can always go back.

That's why I'm looking at a few, I'll be splitting with my brother so should be able to get 2 seperate Barolos.
