I previously had several Qantas lounge invitations sitting in my QFF account from various credit cards and Points Club membership. I just tried to transfer one to my mum, and was surprised to find when I logged into my account that none are available.

Now, it's quite possible that they already expired, or that I used some already and forgot about them. But I did think there were a couple available which didn't expire until later this year.

Is there any way to see your lounge invitation "history", so I can see what happened to the passes that were in my account? If they already expired I fully accept that, but I can't see any way to verify if that's indeed the case or if it's another QF IT glitch.

I am pretty sure the invite portal used to show invites that previously got transfered. Dosnt seem to be the case anymore. Something got enhanced. Can t comment on expiration or usage though.

I can still see my 2 general AJ sorry invites though.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Recently some pass activity shows in the app under the My QFF Activity statement. Not sure it's very useful, but it might help

To tag on here: does “transferred” mean the other user still hasn’t redeemed it? (And once they do it leaves the list?)
No. In my experience it stays with that status until expiry date. YMMV.

FWIW, I keep a record of my Qantas lounge invites, wine vouchers, hotel vouchers, etc. in a spreadsheet. I don;t want to be hostage to Qantas IT.

How does keeping a spreadsheet somewhere relieve you from being a hostage to QF IT?

If they stuff up the records, you will still have to fight to get whatever it is back

I keep a spreadsheet. One of the code never worked. An other code, I know for sure I used it, and on a slightly related phone call, the agent looked in the system and gave me back the same used code, telling me to use it before it expires. IT Qantas defeated my spreadsheet.

Well if you have expiry date, type of lounge voucher, etc. at least you have something specific for Qantas to look for rather than "'I am sure I have a lounge voucher expiring in October".

Totally. Same for the wine vouchers
