Airport security screeners in Victoria plan to walk off the job over Christmas, causing delays for passengers.
Qantas and Jetstar screeners are calling on airline security contractor MSS to provide better pay and conditions.
The screeners earned as little as $18 an hour and were calling for a five per cent pay increase, Jess Walsh, state secretary of the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, said.
