There was a hiccup in their system, about Jul, this year.
I have always had the app on my smartphone, and when I picked "my card", for a shop in Jul this year, the account had locked me, out, asking me to log in again, as I was on the road, I couldn't remember my password, so couldn't use the bar code, which in the past had always came up.
I use 2 phones, and on one, had the 7 eleven numbers written, but not in bar code system.
Then in Jul, when I tried to bring up the digital card, it had kicked me off.
So I tried to reset password, no email came, on how to reset password, nope, nothing, nada.
It didnt want to do it ie send me a reminder to reset password, nothing came to my email address, even tho I had been a 7 eleven app customer for about 12/18 months prior.
Now, I just put the 7 eleven # onto something called Stocard, and with the bar code on that, its worked well, the points have come to my VFF account, and its easy to open Stocard.
So I went through, the 7 eleven system, and now its treating me as a totally new customer, and says no VFF details.
I don't want to have 2 VFF accounts linked, so just using my "former" 7 elven card number, thats linked to my VFF account.
