Disaster! I transferred 5K to hubby's velocity account, and checked hubby's account, it showed +5K points in his account and then -5K points out of his account

What went wrong? Could it be his account has been inactive ??
PS - It was a mess because I have pooled hubby's points and SCs to my velocity account. I thought I have removed this family pooling, but have not done so. Now I have removed hubby from the family pool, and it will not be effective until another 24 hours. Fingers crossed that it will be fixed tomorrow so I can try again. Will report back on the outcome ...
