Velocity 20% bonus points on transfers offer - November 2023 to January 2024

Has your Amplify transfer gone through yet @twiningb? Mine, made on 30/1, still hasn't shown up in Velocity. The acknowledgment email states:

• Your Frequent Flyer transfer will be completed within 5 business days.

I'll give it overnight and call tomorrow. This is the first time I've had such a delay ... and then, I imagine, there'll be a tussle to get the 20% bonus.

You beat me to it. I didn't receive either of my transfers from last week and it's now more than 6 business days since the latter. I lodged a query this morning with Amplify through the online portal.

If I get a response I'll let you know.

Like many others have already stated , I received some bonus points last week but unable to understand the calculation logic. I have had transfers from Amplify as well as Amex rewards and the bonus points are way less compared to all the points I have transferred between the promo dates.

Same, and I note that the transfer date is 29/1 rather than today. I do recall now that the Amplify agent said I'd receive the bonus pts by 29/2 as per the conditions. So I guess they'll sort it.

Sorry, yes, I was aware of that. It was just because of this specific scenario where the late-Jan transfers from Amplify were held up, and in the meantime I did already receive the bonus on earlier transfers. If it self-corrects by the end of the month, I'll be happy enough.

Hmm I always thought "by" meant prior to the date but trusty uncle Google says it is inclusive.

Just called about this and they are insistent that the points will credit on the 29th (tomorrow). Not confident but always happy to be wrong and have my expectations exceeded.
