I was able to logon fine just then. (4:45pm AEST 31/08/2015)

Thanks for checking. I'm still getting rejected from the phone number and website. I have tried using a mobile broadband account to ensure the office i'm at isn't IP blocked, no positive result.

It's the fact I can't call via their contact number is confusing me.

Also able to log in

Thank you also for checking. Still getting persistent messages and have checked to ensure I'm not geoblocked.

Calling the support line via a non-mobile just rings out.

Hopefully it will be back up soon...

Odd that you can't get through via phone...

Just to close this out, I finally got in touch with them via 1300 762 207 and let them know their other 13 number wasn't working. Account was then quickly reset and I am now able to log in find.
