Per-bne from 21st x 2 + cat - no points yet. +1 and I missing points claim submitted online, but guess I’ll have to call up on behalf of the kitteh....

I flew seven VA segments in the last month or so.

Out of those, two required manual claims:
28 Sep 17 Launceston-Sydney VA1089 - processed 09 Oct 17
16 Oct 17 Brisbane-Sydney VA0986 - processed 24 Oct 17

And two others were a bit slower than usual (I realise that it's four working days once you exclude the weekend, but surely points processing should be automated by now, especially on simple VA domestic flights):
19 Oct 17 Melbourne-Brisbane VA0353 - processed 25 Oct 17
18 Oct 17 Sydney-Melbourne VA0842 - processed 24 Oct 17

The other three had points arriving within my usual three-day window.

Have also noticed 7+ days wait for points and SC's to credit in the last two or so months.

Flew domestic on 3rd Nov, processed on 6th (one business day).

Flew domestic on 4th (Saturday), processed on 7th.

100 SC will allow me to gift WP to wifey so looking forward to it.

Flew MEL- ADL last Sunday 10th December , it’s now nearly a week later nothing has been posted. Unreal.....
Flew ROK-BNE-ADL yesterday arvo/ night with qantas and sc and points posted first thing this morning .

Question to Virgin Velocity - why do some/most Velocity points post soon after domestic Virgin flights and points from some flights take weeks and seemingly would never post unless followed up? What is the reason for the marked difference? [this assumes all bookings being compared are made in the same way, same name, same routing etc etc]. For example, would the failure to post relate to ALL passengers on a particular flight?

Recently flew on VA metal to LAX but as a DL booking.
I had 8 DL flights in the US and Canada, and all those flights were credited to my Velocity account within 24 hours.
My flights on VA metal BNE-LAX and LAX-SYD-BNE all had to be claimed two weeks after the flights.

I flew in early November with my brother (family pooling to my account) to London, Johannesburg, Abu Dhabi and back to Sydney all with Etihad (except for a day stop in Cairo with EgyptAir). The SYD - AUH - LHR route was discounted economy and the JNB - AUH - SYD was full fare business. Never received any points or credits even though I put our Velocity numbers in the Etihad site and then put through a missing points claim a few weeks later. It came back unsuccessful and to upload e-tickets which I gladly did. Received an email saying that it had all been accepted and will be forwarded to Etihad with the points and credits being credited within 7 days. Still nothing. Rang the Velocity call centre and the lady was able to manually credit my economy flights but not my brothers as he would have to ring separately and said I needed to wait a little while longer for the business flights to be credited. Its now been exactly 1 month since I returned to Sydney and I'm a little surprised it takes this long. Shame really.

QF is very fast to put on relevant points and SC after a trip with them, but VA is as slow as a snail.
Took trip on Mon and Tue this week, Wed, nothing, so 23.55 Wed night, Thu morning, I put in an online claim, and after noon today, the points and SC appeared.
I do like VA and they are good in certain ways over QF, but in some respects, a lot of work needs to be done with VA to bring it to match QF.
Partner flights of VA (Air)NZ in Oct this year, didn't need to be prodded (didn't have to claim), as they appeared in my account 2.5 days after flight.
