Points weren't posted correctly. There seemed to be a bit of a glitch somewhere, so it does pay to double check. SC's were ok. Quick call to VA support sorted it out.

seems to be back to normal for me, previous flights took over a week, and I called up.

Saturday morning VA domestic Flight was showing on my account 48 hours later (not at ~30 hours when I previously had checked).

No manual clam submitted.

Will watch for the next two flights taken yesterday.

My VA HKG flight on 17/8 has not been posted. Retro claim submitted. The last time they appeared without a retro claim within 3 days was back in June...

Points & SC's were taking their time to credit to my account after recent flights SYD-BNE-TSV, I called Velocity & got them to credit it manually but they forgot to manually add my wife & son's as well. :-| Looks like another call is on the cards.....

I flew MEL-NAN-MEL on 4th - 13th August and they still haven't posted (mine or my family's - family pooling is set).

I flew PER-SYD-CBR on 25/8 and both flights credited automatically on 27/8, so hope the same occurs with my return flights next week!

Velocity points have been crediting for domestic flights within 2-3 days over the last few months. However 10 August seems to be an exception. Due to high winds in Sydney on Thursday 10 August, Virgin and Qantas cancelled many flights into and out of Sydney and hence many customers were disrupted and needed to be moved to operating flights. Could this be the reason Velocity points have not yet credited for 10 August? If you traveled on 10 August have your points credited? Velocity Frequent Flyer please comment whether points for 10 August are still to be credited automatically.

Last leg took maybe 3-4 days though.

PER-SIN-HAN-SIN-PER all posted +1 day after each flight except last leg which has now been 5 days. Family pooled partner identical.

Yes, a definite improvement - domestic flights taken Tuesday afternoon and evening posted first thing this morning (Thursday).

3rd Sep ex PER redeye posted on 6th (Actual departure was after 1am on the 4th SYD time)

From previous experience if you kick up a fuss on the phone they will manually add the flights into your account (had to do this when the flights didn't post then a claim wasn't posting after a month then they tried to tell me wait another 3 weeks)

Not arrived I am 1 SC short of gold with renewal date tomorrow so I am not very happy at all, previously posted within first 5 days of the month
