Using Qantas points to book Jetstar flights

I apologize if this is a noob question but I'm trying to book some flights to Tokyo from the Gold Coast with my Qantas points and its frustrating.

I know there is a direct 9 hour flight but the only options coming up are via Cairns or Sydney, I don't think it's because of lack of availability as I can't see one flight in the whole month.

Are all Jetstar flights available? I see you can ring an office but it looks like you pay plenty for the privilege and since there's 4 of us I'd prefer to do it online.

Any advice would be welcome

Either economy or star class

Thanks it was just lack of availability over Xmas but managed to find 4 x upper Class VA SYD to HKG then I'll get a flight to Sapporo.

4 rewards seats in upper both ways happy days
