The NYTimes reports that, "The Biden campaign announced that the hour of Ms. Harris’s selection was the single best hour of the campaign in terms of fund-raising. ActBlue, the party’s main online donation-processing site, collected nearly $9 million between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m".

A few stories about, speculating that Trump may not actually re-contest the election if he thought he'd lose. Like LBJ in 1968 against the background of the Vietnam War.

What do people think?

Yes I saw one of those. Hard to say - his ego is such that he may not actually believe he can lose. All the polls were against him in 2016, but he still won, so that could entrench that belief. On the other hand he does seem increasingly bizarre in presentations ....

Of course, every now and then Trump is the proverbial stopped clock:

(And of course, he is an appalling person and his criticisms are not in good faith.)

Maybe you should research why Trump ran for President. It will blow your mind.

Here's a hint of why 'polls were against him in 2016 and yet he still won' - the media cannot be trusted.
With that in mind - take a moment to think about what else the media is saying. Then look at what the media is not reporting.

Well, I saw this somewhere:

“If you've been following along with the primary election season so far, you know why the (Democrat) nomination vote is a formality for Biden”.

But how many times have you seen Biden interviewed in the last 3 months. The answer is only twice.
It is often his campaign manager or wife who front the media..
Lots of talk about him pulling out of the Debates with Trump.
What are they scared of?

After his interview with Trump Chris Wallace asked the Biden camp for an interview with Biden. He was turned down.
Those that think Biden will be replaced are saying either Bernie or Hiliary will replace him.
In the Democrat party the Super Delegates really have the numbers to ensure the party elite get the nominee they want.Bernie has not been in their good books but they may decide it would be better that he is the replacement.

Trump calls emergency meeting to come up with sexist nickname for Kamala Harris:

“ Advisors suggested a range of adjectives from previously-assembled lists including ‘nasty’, ‘no-talent’ and ‘overrated’, but Mr Trump said they were not nearly bigoted enough”.
