First of all, admins, apologies if this is not allowed. Please get in touch if need be, happy to discuss further.

Hello everyone,

I am currently doing my Master's in Supply Chain Management at the University of Limerick, Ireland, and my thesis is an academic first (to the best of my knowledge) focusing exclusively on in-flight entertainment (an industry I work in), and I have a survey on IFE from the perspective of both passengers and cabin crew. The survey is completely anonymous and will only take about 5 minutes to complete (almost all multiple-choice questions).

Survey link found here - it will only take about 5 minutes to complete.

If you can complete this survey, particularly if you are a cabin crew member (or similar), that would be greatly appreciated. Your input is extremely valuable.

Additionally, if anyone also works in the in-flight entertainment industry, or indeed for aircraft manufacturers or anyone involved with dealing with in-flight entertainment, please do reach out as well!

Thank you for your attention.

Useful survey. But with questions such as this one:

The response will vary depending on which airline/journey I am recounting. For me, varies between 150 Mbps and barely useable. Need to specify which journey we are answering about. Most recent? Most recent international or domestic?
