I have been a member of Mileage Plus for 11years now, and over that time I have mostly been silver and gold status. Due to relocation to Australia, my status has dropped.
I have written to the only address I could find in Australia for Mileage Plus, but I have receved no reply or even acknowledgement. I would like to take this further, who do I complain to, how can I find a postal address for the US, it all seems to be electronically. I have recently had another unsatisfactory experience with United, so would like to followup on my complain, but I cannot see an escalation medium, I want to create waves... please help!
