Unable to Access Qantas Club Pricing Even Though I am a Paid Gold Member

UNABLE TO ACCESS in the AFF portal the QANTAS CLUB PRICING EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID GOLD MEMBER
I have sent proof of payment to AFF custgomer support but not getting response - flying within 48 hours and qantas club membership has expired - did not receive reminder email.
 
My AFF membership is financial - I paid this in December 2025. Therefore I dont want to register and pay my AFF subscription AGAIN - I have already paid for gold membership.
I just need access to QANTAS code to renew the QANTAS membership.

Looks like there a few post like this with admin not replying to emails. Is this typical?
This has happened a few times with AFF’s new payment system and the best way to contact them is through tagging admin such as happened here (although a newbie of course will not know that).

Hi. I am having the same issue renewing my Qantas Club membership and am now without memberships 36hrs before flying!!! I filled out the 'form' in Feb and received a code. Wasted a fair bit of time on the phone to Qantas after it didn't work; then waited for a response from AFF followed by another round of discussion with Qantas as I was told that I needed to 'disconnect' my Qantas club membership from a prior corporate account before it would work........the code still didn't work. I then emailed AFF and waited a while after which I received a corporate code number and apology. I rang Qantas this morning and was told that the corporate code needed to be associated with my FF account by the administrator of the corporate scheme! Despite my protestations and offers to send the emails from AFF they were no help; I also tried the Qantas corporate line and got the same response. I have emailed AFF marked ***Urgent*** this am / 12 hrs ago but have not received a response. This has been an incredibly frustrating process and certainly not worth spending money of AFF to join a corporate scheme unless it is made to work smoothly

I have the exact same issue. With no assistance w en though paid member of AFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED
