Hi
Issue is this - i have two different booking reference numbers for the same flight.

Only one is paid.

The other is "onhold" pending payment. I think this is because i was trying to book and pay this on the mobile phone, but at payment point i ended up closing the booking to book on my computer instead.

Should i just cancel this onhold booking online? Will it impact the other booking?

Or should call the virgin guest contact centre?. And i be charged for doing so too.

Appreciate any help on this

The flight is for december. Its weird because it says i have 365 days to pay for the on hold flight - so i can pay for it after flying 😛
