This option came up when booking a Turkish Airlines flight:
If only other airlines made it this simple to book a comfort seat! It usually requires a phone call, and then you have to hope you reach someone who knows what they're doing...
If Qantas (and others) made it this simple to book an extra seat, I'd probably do it more often - and they would get more revenue out of me.
