Hi all,
I suspect the answer to my question might be "You can't book a OWE fare through Qantas online", but here goes...
I've drawn up a 16 sector validated LONE4 on the OW site, clicked on "Booking Contacts", clicked on Qantas under "Fares and reservations on-the web", then clicked on "Round the world" on the QF site it takes me to. I'm then shown a slightly different OW booking tool, where I can load up my itinerary...
..but how do I book it online?? There's no "Book" link, and clicking on "Booking Contacts" just sends me back to the start.
I'm fine with calling Qantas to book it, but it'd be nice if they actually said that somewhere!
Or have I just completely missed something? Appreciate any advice.
Cheers,
- Febs.
PS: Any benefit to ticketing a LONE4 through AA rather than QF? Taxes are fairly low anyway, based on a quote I had recently on a similar LONE4. Thanks.
Edit: Hmm, based on the pricing on the OW site, a LONE4 ticketed from the US is significantly more expensive than one from Australia! $4,400USD vs $3,699AUD!
