Hi all
I have a number of Hilton bookings coming up the closest being this week in ADL.
Our corp travel agent follows the same profile etc each time they book, yet I'm missing bookings, or worse still, bookings showing in my HH account and when I press on the booking reference, I get an error. I have sent requests through to HH for help, but I might as well be banging my head against a brick wall as to the responses I am getting, such as:
Thank you for contacting the Hilton Internet Contact Center. It is my pleasure to assist you today with your request.
Have you been booking the reservations through a third party? If so, the reservations will not show online. I regret that I am unable to assist with your request, as this reservation was booked through a travel discount website. For further assistance, please contact the customer service department for the website where your reservation was originally confirmed. You may also contact the hotel directly for further assistance.
I specifically told them that wasn't the case (travel discount) and how the bookings are always made.
Also, with the ADL booking this week not showing up, I rang the hotel direct where they cancelled the booking and remade it over the phone, linking my HH number and assuring me the link was in place - I still can't see this booking in my HH account.
Has anyone else had problems, and how did you resolve them? My main concern is for mid October - LAS Hilton where I have a junior suite booked and am wanting / hoping my Gold status will force an upgrade :greed:
