Triple points not given for voucher Mon10 Oct - Sun16 -melbourne

Im using the extra - triple point voucher they sent me from coles flybuy - on monday 10 Oct I spent $18 , when I view my online account - it only says $18 / 18 points,
why is it not showing 18 x 3 = 54 points ??? is this another coles Let down ???
