Just make sure that you book the Hyatt in the terminal which I think is the Grand. There is a second Hyatt at DFW which requires quite a long shuttle bus ride.

I’ve stayed at the grand hyatt dfw, terminal 4, multiple times. Great rooms, lovely staff. Extremely easy to access as same terminal as QF arrival. I paid a bit more for runway view, very quite. Food was always good.

The are two Hyatts, one accessible Landside and airside from terminal D. The other Landside from Terminal C.

I have generally used the C one as its often much cheaper and you can walk there via a couple of carparks from the C concourse but if being reimbursed then D is a no brainer.

Thanks again for all the info.

An update: US meeting/trip cancelled due to Covid. Looking at Plan B, Europe in May/June. My preference was Europe over US, although there is disappointment at the lack of CVS shopping within the house. lol
