Travel Vouchers for the vaccinated

I wonder if proof of vax will be required when you come to use the voucher?

No. I used mine on Friday and no proof required.

Anyone having difficulty using this voucher? Reading the T&C’s, it can’t be applied to ‘Lux Premium Collection’, ‘Lux Partner Property’, ‘Last Minute Escapes’. I’m looking at Singapore for April/May and every hotel on their list is either Premium or Partner. Also searched London, Berlin, Paris and the same problem.
