Hi I'm planning to fly Business Melbourne - Singapore - Denpasar.
Melbourne to Singapore is VTL. Singapore to Denpasar is normal.

I've read SQ websites and am not 100% sure about these:
1. can I get out to the city during the layover? I'm planning to get out the airport, stay overnight in the city before going for Denpasar flight.
2. will my checked luggage goes straight to Denpasar or I have to take it out in Singapore and check in again the next day?
3. do I need to take any PCR in Singapore to fly to Denpasar, or my PCR results from Australia is still valid?

Thank you

1. You would not be considered as a 'Transit Traveller' if you clear immigration in Singapore to visit the City for the day. It is recommended though that through-checked passengers has their bags checked to their final destination (if applicable)

Edit: You will also require insurance if you're entering Singapore on a short term visit and are fully vaccinated: Checklist for Fully Vaccinated Travellers

2. Depends if you booked it on the one PNR/ticket (or separate PNRs). Assuming you've booked it on the one ticket/PNR, your baggage will be checked through to DPS

3. When is the date you fly out? Singapore is easing VTL rules as of April 1.

However pre-departure tests for SQ flights still apply after April, along with visa requirements (if needed)
